Interlibrary Loan

For our patrons

The TUC Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service enables current TUC faculty, adjunct faculty, students and staff to borrow materials (journal articles, books, book chapters, media, dissertations, etc.) that are not accessible through the TUC Library. There is no charge to use this service, and there are no limits on the number of ILL requests a current faculty, adjunct faculty, student or staff member may make; please see the Interlibrary Loan Policy for full details. Articles requested through ILL are generally delivered within 2-4 business days and are delivered electronically to the patron’s interlibrary loan dashboard or, if requested, as a pdf to the requestor’s e-mail address  Books and media requested through ILL generally arrive within 2-4 weeks and must be picked up on-campus at the Library circulation desk.  Please note, textbooks may not be requested via Interlibrary Loan.

To request an ILL, please login to Clio, the Library’s interlibrary loan service.

*Please see our step-by-step guide on registering, requesting, and retrieving your articles on the new interlibrary loan site.*

PLEASE NOTE: Due to libraries working remotely, print/entire books are currently unavailable through interlibrary loan. We may be able to get you a book chapter electronically.

Please contact the Librarian responsible for ILL with any questions.
